I have been coming to you for fifteen years. Wow!! That is like a life-long commitment. I think the longest I have stayed with any hair stylist has been about three years. So there you have it…YOU ARE THE BEST!!

I’ve been coming here since my 18th birthday. I was referred here from my other hair dresser, who also gets here hair braided here. The service is always good quality, but more importantly, fast. That’s great because I get anxious fast. I hope this shop never leaves, I could not imagine having my hair braided anywhere else. This year I will be 35. Wow!! I guess that means I am a long-time repeater. LOL
I’m very satisfied and I always want something different and I always leave with exactly what I wanted!!!

Ive been with you since 2004 when I moved to LA. Thank goodness I found you. My biggest worry when I moved to LA was finding the right person to do my hair. Well, after talking to you on the phone, I was encouraged. After meeting you, I was relieved! You run a great business, on time, with great styles. I could exhale. We chatted while getting the hair done and had lots in common. You are not just our hairdresser/braider, you are a friend. It doesn’t get any better than this!!
In the year 1993, my friend told me of a braiding salon called Image of Africa. I came to the salon to make an appointment. You are such a nice, gracious lady. When I came to my appointment, I was so pleased with the service that I received. Since 1993, no other braider has touched my hair again. I am so thankful to God for sending us Images of Africa. I first started coming when I was 7 years old. My sister Cherie and I loved getting our hair done. Ha, little Divas we are. Years past and Auntie Paulette kept bringing us here to get braids. I moved and came back. Cherie tried weaves “hot mess…she was always in the mirror”. Now, I’m sitting here today getting braids for college!! Eleven years and there’s no place like home!

I have been coming to Image of Africa for about 8 months. I was new to the L.A. area and did not know of any African hair braiding salons and was told by cousins that no one went to African braiding salons, but I love the way Africans braid…so neat and long-lasting. So, I went online and googled “African Hair Braiding in LA” and found Image of Africa and I have been coming here ever since. I’ve been coming to Image of Africa since 1998. My favorite style of braiding is braid-weave either straight or curly. You guys have been doing my hair since. You guys are beautiful women who know your business. I have always enjoyed getting my hair braided with Image of Africa.
